BLADE offers year-round basketball teams designed to cater to a wide range of skill levels and student-athletes in grades 2nd through 8th. Our teams actively participate in local leagues, including well-known venues like Sportsplex and Ryse Stars Center - Farmers Branch. In certain cases, we even venture into local AAU level tournaments, providing a diverse and competitive experience.

While we maintain an open registration policy, our commitment to providing the best experience for every child means that in the event of reaching maximum capacity in any grade, we will conduct a formal tryout to ensure the right fit for everyone. We're here to ensure that every young player's basketball journey is as rewarding as it is exciting.

GAMES
(Sportsplex at Valley View & Ryse Stars Center - Farmers Branch):
-Games are usually held on Saturdays & Sundays and in the summer sometimes on weekday nights.

PRACTICES
 (Lakewood Presbyterian, Lakehill Prep, Zion Lutheran, Bishop Lynch)
Typically Wednesday Evenings:
4pm – 5pm (grades 2nd through some 4th)
5pm – 6pm (grades 4th through 5th)
6pm – 7pm (grades 6th through 7th)
7pm – 8:30pm (grades 7th through 8th)

(Some 7th and 8th Graders may practice on Tuesdays)

COST
Spring, Summer, Fall: $525 – $625
Winter 2025, Boys 4th - 8th: $750 ($675 for Fall returners)

Winter 2025, Boys 2nd - 3rd: $575 ($500 for Fall returners)

Winter 2025, Girls 5th - 8th: $650 ($575 for Fall returners)

Skills Package (optional for team participants):  $300 (Winter 2025)

*Installment payments and financial assistance available if needed

TEAMS
We usually have two teams in each grade level during the season with rosters of 8-10 kids.

SOME TEAMS MAY PLAY IN TOURNAMENTS ALSO.

All Current BLADE players can register for upcoming season prior to the completion of their current season at a discounted fee.
